What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support Transport Focus in delivering high-impact work that helps shape how transport services are designed, delivered, and improved. Your contribution will help ensure our voice is grounded in evidence and delivered with clarity—so decision-makers can make better choices for users.

• Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve the user experience across the transport sector
• Use evidence and insight to support analysis, recommendations, and communications
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather input, align priorities, and strengthen impact
• Help challenge assumptions and drive improvements based on what users actually need
• Support the production of clear, well-structured outputs that inform and influence decision-making
• Represent Transport Focus professionally across relevant internal and external engagements
