About The Role

As a Content Reviewer, you’ll analyze a variety of online materials—including text, webpages, images, and other content types—using a dedicated review platform. Your feedback directly supports improvements to search experiences used by people every day.

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity where you’ll contribute to a global quality effort by reviewing search results and providing ratings and comments based on established program guidelines.

What You’ll Do

In your day-to-day work, you’ll review and evaluate online search results for relevance, usefulness, and overall quality. You’ll follow structured instructions and apply consistent judgment to help improve the performance of AI-driven search systems.

• Review search results and evaluate how well they match a user’s query
• Assess content quality and relevance across different formats (text, webpages, images, and more)
• Provide ratings and feedback using a specialized online platform
• Follow program guidelines, quality standards, and task-specific instructions
• Maintain accuracy and consistency while working through assigned tasks
• Support continuous improvement of search experiences for users worldwide

Service Rates & Earnings

The estimated hourly earnings for this role are $14 USD per hour.

Compensation is based on tasks completed and project availability. Estimated earnings may vary depending on task volume and program requirements, including quality and productivity, in line with program quality standards and guidelines.

Independent Contractor Relationship

This opportunity is offered on an independent contractor basis. You choose when and how much you work, as long as you’re available for project tasks and meet quality requirements.

This role is not employment with TELUS Digital and should not be interpreted as creating an employment relationship.

Qualifications & Basic Requirements

No previous professional experience is required to apply. However, you must meet the basic requirements and successfully complete the qualification process.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must have resided in the United States for the past three consecutive years
• Strong familiarity with current and historical US business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs
• Active use of Gmail and social media platforms
• Experience using web browsers to navigate and interact with online content
• Daily access to a reliable broadband internet connection
• Access to a smartphone (Android 5.0+ or iOS 14+)
• Access to a personal computer

Assessment & Qualification Process

To join the program, you’ll complete a qualification process that includes:

• A language assessment
• An open-book qualification exam
• Identity verification

The exam must be completed within a specified timeframe, but you can complete it at your convenience.
