About The Role

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll support day-to-day marketing initiatives that align with our sales goals—helping us attract, engage, and retain customers. You’ll work closely with internal teams to help campaigns run smoothly, materials get produced on time, and customer-facing messaging stays consistent across channels.

What You’ll Do

• Support campaign execution by helping coordinate marketing activities from planning through delivery.
• Assist with promotional content including gathering information, drafting copy, and supporting the creation of marketing materials.
• Maintain organized schedules to ensure timelines, deliverables, and assets are tracked and completed on time.
• Help manage marketing collateral by updating and organizing materials used by sales and customer-facing teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with current priorities.
• Support event and outreach efforts by helping prepare materials, logistics, and follow-up tasks.
• Contribute to customer-focused messaging that reflects our brand voice and highlights value clearly.
• Track basic performance and feedback to understand what’s working and where improvements can be made.
