You’ll be part of a close-knit People team working alongside the Director of People, Deputy Director of People, and People Business Partners, with the opportunity to make a real difference across the employee lifecycle.
Where You’ll Work & Your Schedule
- Location: Based at our Dartford campus, with occasional travel to Gravesend / Hadlow / Tonbridge sites if required.
- Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Annual schedule: 52 weeks per annum.
Salary
- ÂŁ28,200 per annum
What You’ll Do
As a People Resources Coordinator, you’ll help ensure the People function runs efficiently and consistently. You’ll support HR processes, coordinate key people-related activity, and provide dependable administrative and coordination support to keep everything on track.
- Coordinate and support day-to-day People/HR administration to ensure processes are followed accurately.
- Act as a point of contact for people-resource related queries, helping colleagues navigate processes and next steps.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, ensuring information is recorded correctly and kept up to date.
- Support the People team with coordination across the employee lifecycle (as directed by the People function).
- Help ensure compliance-minded HR processes are completed correctly and on time.
- Work closely with People colleagues to support internal communication and documentation.
- Maintain organised records and help improve process efficiency through clear coordination and follow-through.
- Contribute to a positive, professional employee experience by responding promptly and respectfully to requests.

- Strong administrative and coordination skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with HR-related information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work on time.
- Good communication skills—able to explain steps clearly and respond professionally.
- Confidence using systems and spreadsheets to record and track information.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider People team.
- Experience in a similar HR/people administration or coordination environment is beneficial (but we’ll also consider strong transferable experience).
