To keep our content world-class and consistent across long-form narratives, we’re hiring a Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor. If you love story, can think in shots and pacing, and you’re genuinely comfortable building video pipelines with emerging AI tools—this is your role.

About The Role

You’ll be deeply embedded in generative video workflows, creating high-quality, narrative-driven content from concept to final output. This is not a “cut-and-polish only” position. You’ll own the full production stack—prompting and generation, editing, compositing, motion graphics, color correction, and delivery.

You’ll report to your Content Lead and work with creative direction in mind—while still having meaningful autonomy in how you execute technically. Expect quick iterations, experimentation, and a strong bias toward shipping great work.

What You’ll Do

• Concept and script narrative ideas based on current production needs and existing AI characters (our IP)
• Create long-form, narrative-driven videos with a clear cinematic style—building atmosphere, pacing, and visual coherence shot by shot
• Produce stylized NSFW visuals when required, with a strong focus on storytelling and consistency across sequences
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows:
  • Ideation → prompting → generation
  • Editing and post-production
  • Compositing, refinement, and final delivery
• Use and optimize tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to produce high-quality visual sequences
• Maintain character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives using advanced consistency techniques
• Integrate motion graphic design and color correction to deliver cohesive final outputs
• Experiment rapidly with new models and techniques, then incorporate what works into production workflows
• Align with the Content Lead’s creative direction while making technical decisions independently to reach the best output
• Continuously improve workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality

What We’re Looking For

This role is for someone who can blend cinematic craft with AI-native production realities. You should be comfortable both in the creative process and in the technical experimentation that makes it scalable.

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills

• 4–6+ years experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio (AI-driven video work is a must)
• Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools and models, including (but not limited to):
  • Kling
  • Seedance
  • Happy Horse
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including:
  • Prompting and batching
  • Consistency techniques
  • Post-processing workflows
• Experience with traditional post tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and polish
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, including pacing, composition, and cinematic language
• Proven ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences

Soft Skills

• Strong communication & collaboration (fluent in English)
• High ownership: take ideas from concept to completion independently
• Experimental mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving tools
• Fast iteration cycles: test, fail, refine, and improve quickly
• Curious and self-driven: constantly exploring new AI capabilities and workflows
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement
• #NSFW comfort: able to work with uncensored models and explicit adult content when required

Bonus Points (Nice To Have)

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking
• Background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or colorist work
• Familiarity with training/customizing models (LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning)
• Prior experience in adult, dating, or adjacent creative industries
• Experience with ComfyUI
• Experience with Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tooling:
  • Advanced prompting
  • Working with trained LoRAs
  • Refining, upscaling, inpainting, and more

Compensation & Location

Because this is a fully remote role, compensation is determined by your level and market location. If you’re in the US, a typical range for this position is:

• Estimated salary range: $90,000–$140,000 USD/year (Mid to Senior)
