As the Duty Manager (Hub Sleaford) at GLL, you’ll be the calm, capable presence that ensures every day at the centre runs to standard—whether that’s welcoming visitors, supporting front-of-house teams, or stepping in to keep the café and facilities operating brilliantly. This is a permanent, full-time role with a 7-day rota (including some evenings and weekends), where your leadership directly shapes the guest experience.

About The Role

Reporting to the Centre Management Team, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Hub. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the centre to ensure service quality, safety, and a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the doors.
