This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting things right—on time, accurately, and with the kind of service that customers remember.

About The Role

As a Logistics Operative, you’ll help keep our day-to-day logistics running smoothly. You’ll support the movement of goods through our process, assist with order preparation and dispatch activities, and contribute to a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.

Because our operation is busy and varied, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and take pride in the impact your work has on customers and colleagues.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently
• Support daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle incoming and outgoing goods in line with company procedures
• Assist with stock movement and basic inventory-related tasks
• Work collaboratively with the logistics team to meet daily targets
• Maintain high standards of quality control to reduce errors
• Keep your work area tidy, organised, and compliant with health & safety requirements
• Provide friendly, professional support that helps deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a logistics, warehouse, or operations environment is a plus (but not required)
• A strong work ethic and a reliable, “get it done” attitude
• Good attention to detail—accuracy matters in everything you do
• Comfort working in a busy environment with changing priorities
• Positive communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to follow procedures and work safely at all times
• Team-focused approach with the willingness to help wherever needed
