What You’ll Do

You’ll work with small teams solving real, high-stakes problems—not demos, not proof-of-concepts that never ship, and not “thin wrappers” around an API.

Recent work across the network includes:

• AI-native products built from 0→1 (end-to-end from concept to production)
• Agent architectures and orchestration systems that work reliably under load
• Enterprise AI deployments with security, governance, and operational requirements
• Retrieval, evaluation, and reliability infrastructure to improve quality and trust
• LLM-powered workflows and products designed for measurable outcomes
• Machine learning platforms at scale supporting production-grade delivery

You’ll collaborate directly with founders, CTOs, and product leaders—helping shape both technical direction and execution. That means your input matters: architecture decisions, tradeoffs, reliability strategy, and how to turn technical complexity into business value.

• Proven production AI experience—you’ve deployed AI systems into real environments
• Comfort with tradeoffs behind AI hype (latency, cost, quality, safety, reliability)
• Strong architecture skills across LLM/ML systems (not just model integration)
• Ability to translate complexity into value for founders and product leaders
• Track record of shipping—you can point to what you built and how it performed
• Senior-level ownership across design, implementation, and delivery

• Typical rates: $120–$170/hr
• Compensation: You keep 100% of your rate
