About The Role

As a Creative Interior Designer at coDesign, you’ll help shape the look and feel of residential and commercial spaces through thoughtful design, clear visual communication, and client-focused creativity. You’ll work closely with our team to develop concepts, refine design directions, and deliver presentations that make decisions easy.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing aesthetics with practicality—because the best designs don’t just look good; they work beautifully for the people using them.

What You’ll Do

• Create design concepts from initial inspiration through final direction, ensuring each concept aligns with the client’s goals and lifestyle/usage needs.
• Develop detailed interior design plans including layouts, materials, finishes, color palettes, and spatial styling.
• Produce compelling visual presentations (mood boards, sketches, renderings, and design decks) to communicate ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the design team to refine ideas, solve design challenges, and maintain consistency across projects.
• Select and specify materials and furnishings that match the aesthetic, budget, and durability requirements of each space.
• Support project execution by helping coordinate design intent with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure design accuracy by reviewing details, dimensions, and documentation for quality and feasibility.
• Stay current on interior design trends, emerging materials, and industry tools—then apply what’s relevant to your work.
• Manage feedback and revisions professionally, keeping projects moving while protecting design integrity.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven interior design experience (portfolio required) showing a range of design styles and problem-solving ability.
• Strong creative vision paired with practical thinking—your designs look great and work in real life.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain design choices in a client-friendly way.
• Comfort with design tools for visualization and documentation (e.g., CAD and/or 3D visualization tools). If you’re strong in one area, we’ll help you level up elsewhere.
• Attention to detail—finishes, proportions, lighting, and material selections are where great work is made.
• Client-focused mindset with professionalism, responsiveness, and a collaborative attitude.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple ideas, timelines, and revisions without losing momentum.
• A passion for interior design—you enjoy the process as much as the results.
