Working Location & Pattern
- Location: England & Wales
- Working Pattern: Hybrid working
- On-site expectations: 2–3 days per week (as required by the engagement)
Engagement Route & IR35
- Engagement route: Open to Limited Company (IR35 status to be determined on an assignment basis) or inside IR35 route
- Day rate: Negotiable
What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a team delivering high-quality services for clients, supporting work that requires both technical competence and strong stakeholder communication. Your role will be engagement-focused—helping ensure deliverables are produced accurately, on time, and in a way that reflects Grant Thornton’s standards.
- Support delivery across audit, tax, and advisory activities depending on assignment scope
- Contribute to client work by preparing and reviewing documentation and outputs to a high standard
- Maintain clarity and accuracy in reporting, calculations, and supporting evidence
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Help manage engagement timelines and ensure tasks move forward without compromising quality
- Apply professional judgement to resolve issues and escalate appropriately
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve delivery

- Strong professional fundamentals with experience supporting client engagements

- Professional discretion when handling sensitive information
