About The Role

Energise your career with Framatome UK—and help power a safer, smarter nuclear future. Framatome is a global leader in nuclear energy, delivering innovative, value-added technologies that design, build, maintain, and advance the world’s nuclear fleet. With 20,000 employees across 70+ locations, we support nuclear power plants through components, fuel, control systems, and reactor services—always with safety, reliability, and long-term performance at the heart of what we do.

We’re hiring people who want to make a real impact—through engineering excellence, strong technical thinking, and a commitment to doing things the right way. If you’re excited by complex technical challenges and want your work to contribute to the future of clean energy, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

In this position, you’ll play an important part in supporting Framatome’s mission—helping to deliver high-quality nuclear solutions and ensuring our work meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance.

  • Support the delivery of nuclear energy products and services that contribute to the safe operation and advancement of the global nuclear fleet.
  • Work with internal teams and stakeholders to help ensure technical requirements are understood, documented, and met.
  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and improvement of engineering and delivery activities across relevant workstreams.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to solve problems, reduce risk, and improve outcomes throughout project lifecycles.
  • Help maintain strong quality and compliance practices, aligning with relevant processes, standards, and regulatory expectations.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline ways of working and strengthen delivery.
  • Represent technical viewpoints clearly—communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates who bring strong technical capability, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to deliver quality work in a complex, high-stakes environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and work confidently within structured technical environments.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and compliance—especially in regulated or mission-critical settings.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience working in engineering, technical delivery, or a related field (specific background can vary—tell us what you’ve done).
  • Comfort working with documentation, processes, and standards that support traceability and high-quality outcomes.
  • A proactive attitude—someone who takes ownership, asks smart questions, and helps teams move forward.

Note: If you’re a strong match but your experience doesn’t map perfectly to every point, we still encourage you to apply. We value capability, curiosity, and the right mindset.
