You’ll join the Creative Arts Department at Windsor College, supporting a wide range of art and design disciplines through practical preparation, equipment support, and day-to-day technical assistance—so students can focus on creating work of real quality.

About The Role

This is a permanent, all-year-round role based at Windsor College. You’ll work within the Creative Arts team to provide technical support for teaching and learning, ensuring facilities and resources are ready for classes, projects, demonstrations, and assessments.

What You’ll Do

• Provide practical technical support across a range of Art & Design disciplines.
• Prepare materials, equipment, and resources for lessons, workshops, and student projects.
• Support staff with set-up, preparation, and safe use of tools and specialist equipment.
• Maintain and organise creative spaces to ensure they’re ready for day-to-day teaching.
• Assist with demonstrations and practical sessions where required.
• Support the preparation of resources for learning, assessment, and exhibitions.
• Help ensure that workshops and technical areas are kept in good working order.
• Contribute to a learning environment that supports quality, creativity, and student success.

• Proven practical skills across multiple Art & Design disciplines.
• Experience working with creative tools, materials, and processes in a practical setting.
• A strong understanding of best practice for safe working in creative workshops and studios.
