Teliporter
Finance That Keeps Pace With Ambition
At Teliporter, we build high-impact experiences—event cycles, dynamic retail executions, pop-up activations, tour venue operations, and fan-first engagement. Behind the scenes, we need a Finance Manager who can bring clarity, commercial insight, and control to every stage of the financial journey.
If you’re energized by financial reporting, management accounts, and partnering with teams to turn numbers into decisions, this is your moment. Join us in London (W9 2HH) and help power growth with confidence.
About The Role
Reporting into the finance function, the Finance Manager will lead core areas of financial control and commercial finance—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong decision support across our retail and events-driven business. You’ll balance the detail (cash flow, payroll, treasury, budgeting) with the bigger picture (forecasting, business partnering, and performance visibility).
This is a hands-on role that moves fast—just like the work we deliver.
What You’ll Do
- Own financial reporting across the business, ensuring management accounts are timely, accurate, and decision-ready.
- Drive commercial finance by translating performance into insights that support revenue, margin, and operational planning.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, building robust plans and updating forecasts as the business evolves.
- Manage cash flow, monitoring inflows/outflows and identifying risks and opportunities early.
- Oversee financial control processes that keep reporting clean and compliant.
- Support treasury activities, ensuring effective cash management and appropriate financial oversight.
- Coordinate payroll finance, working to ensure accurate, on-time processing and proper financial treatment.
- Partner with stakeholders across retail, events, and experiential teams—helping them understand drivers of performance.
- Prepare and present management information that supports leadership decisions and operational trade-offs.
- Contribute to process improvement—making finance faster, clearer, and easier for the wider business to work with.
Who You’ll Work With
- Commercial and operational leaders across Retail, Events, and Experiential Marketing
- Teams supporting fan engagement and entertainment activations
- Cross-functional stakeholders who need finance to be practical, responsive, and insightful
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in financial control, commercial finance, or a similar finance leadership role
- Strong background in financial reporting and producing high-quality management accounts
- Hands-on capability with budgeting and forecasting in a fast-moving environment
- Solid understanding of cash flow management and financial oversight
- Experience supporting payroll finance processes (or closely related finance controls)
- Comfort working with treasury or cash management responsibilities
- Strong business partnering skills—able to communicate numbers clearly and influence decisions
- High attention to detail, with a practical, solutions-first mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and deadlines
