  • Communicate with internal teams to confirm requirements, updates, and any changes to schedules.
  • Assist with resolving operational issues quickly—keeping disruptions to a minimum.
  • Support warehouse coordination by keeping information organised, up to date, and easy to access.
  • Work within a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and follow-through are essential.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in logistics and/or warehouse administration (solid, practical background).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Comfort coordinating across different teams and maintaining clear, professional communication.
  • A methodical approach to admin—accurate records matter.
  • Confidence working in a busy, operational environment where things move quickly.
  • Proactive mindset: you spot issues early and help keep workflows on track.
  • Good attention to detail and reliability—deadlines and schedules depend on it.

Bonus points if you’ve previously worked with transport coordination, scheduling, delivery planning, or warehouse systems/processes.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Office-based coordination in a busy warehouse supporting a global operation.
  • Be part of a company experiencing rapid growth—there’s real momentum here.
  • Use your logistics/administration experience to make a direct impact on day-to-day performance.
  • A role that rewards organisation, communication, and consistency.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and opportunity to grow with a scaling business.
  • Supportive team environment where coordination and communication are valued.
  • Stable, full-time position with a clear operational purpose.
