Jackson Energy Authority is looking for a Creative Designer who can turn ideas into polished, on-brand design that helps power our communications. If you love creating marketing materials, refining visual concepts, and producing graphics that look great across print and digital channels, this role is built for you.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets that support the company’s goals—ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity in every design deliverable.

About The Role

As a Creative Designer at Jackson Energy Authority, you’ll support the visual storytelling of our organization. You’ll design creative materials and marketing graphics, help develop design elements used across campaigns, and contribute to the overall brand experience—making sure our message is engaging, professional, and visually cohesive.

What You’ll Do

• Develop creative materials for marketing and communications initiatives.
• Create and refine design elements that strengthen brand consistency and visual identity.
• Produce graphics for multiple formats, including print and digital applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate ideas into clear visual concepts.
• Maintain quality and attention to detail across layouts, typography, and visual composition.
• Support campaign and promotional needs by designing assets that align with business objectives.
• Ensure brand alignment by following established guidelines and design standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in graphic arts, artistic design, or a closely related field.
• Experience: At least one year of experience developing creative materials or design elements.
• Strong design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to turn concepts into finished designs with accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Professional communication and comfort collaborating with others to meet deadlines.
