You’ll build dashboards and reports that leadership and teams can rely on—while enabling self-service analytics so customers can explore, understand, and act on the numbers with confidence.

About The Role

The Healthcare Data Analyst provides analysis support by assisting with the creation of reports and dashboards that track program and operational performance. You’ll partner with stakeholders to understand what matters most, then translate that into analytics that are easy to use, accurate, and aligned to operational goals.

Beyond building analytics, you’ll play a key role in promoting self-service reporting—helping customers adopt analytics tools and use the information to improve decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance.
• Support healthcare analytics needs by analyzing data and assisting with interpretation of results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify reporting goals.
• Assist with performance monitoring by identifying trends, patterns, and meaningful metrics.
• Enable self-service analytics by helping customers understand how to access and use reporting tools.
• Support adoption through education, guidance, and clear documentation around dashboards and reports.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency by validating data outputs and maintaining reliable metric definitions.
• Promote data-driven decision-making by presenting findings in a clear, practical way for non-technical audiences.
• Continuously improve reporting by incorporating feedback and refining dashboards for usability and clarity.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytics mindset with the ability to turn raw data into understandable insights.
• Experience supporting reporting through dashboards, scheduled reports, or performance monitoring tools.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business needs into measurable reporting requirements.
• Comfort promoting self-service analytics, including helping others understand what reports show and how to use them.
• Attention to detail to ensure metrics are accurate, consistent, and trustworthy.
• Clear communication skills for explaining analytics outcomes to varied audiences.
• Healthcare domain awareness (preferred) or a strong interest in healthcare operations and program performance.
• Problem-solving approach to identify gaps in reporting and recommend improvements.
