About The Role

EVERABODE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT I LLC is looking for a solutions-oriented IT Manager to oversee and support our technology infrastructure across a growing portfolio of manufactured and multi-site operations. You’ll own day-to-day IT support and infrastructure management, help standardize processes across locations, and ensure our tools and networks stay secure, scalable, and ready for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support IT infrastructure across a growing, multi-site environment, ensuring systems are available, performant, and secure.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware/software issues.
• Coordinate technology needs across teams and locations, translating business requirements into actionable IT plans.
• Maintain and improve network reliability (including connectivity, routing, and general network health) to support daily operations.
• Support and administer core business systems, including relevant applications used by property management teams.
• Manage access and permissions to ensure users have the right tools—without compromising security.
• Plan and implement technology upgrades, balancing long-term improvements with immediate business needs.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed, including endpoint protection, password/access hygiene, and safe configuration standards.
• Document processes and systems so internal knowledge is captured and support is consistent across sites.
• Work with vendors and service providers to resolve issues, manage contracts, and keep costs under control.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency—whether that’s standardizing tools, improving workflows, or reducing repeated support issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting IT in a multi-site or property-related environment (manufactured housing and/or multi-site operations preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong IT troubleshooting skills across common business systems, including networking fundamentals and endpoint support.
• Comfort managing priorities in a fast-moving environment—balancing urgent incidents with planned improvements.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Practical understanding of security fundamentals and the discipline to apply them consistently.
• Experience with IT documentation and process improvement (so support scales as the business grows).
• Strong ownership mindset—you don’t just fix problems, you prevent repeat issues.
