About The Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll help attract and convert homeowners and prospects by strengthening our digital presence. You’ll manage day-to-day marketing activities, support content and campaign execution, and ensure our online reputation reflects the quality of work we deliver.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote projects, services, and brand awareness across relevant platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content (posts, captions, and promotional messaging) that matches our voice and goals.
• Monitor and respond to online engagement, helping maintain an active, responsive brand presence.
• Manage and leverage online reviews by tracking feedback, identifying trends, and supporting reputation growth.
• Collaborate on review and customer feedback initiatives to encourage positive reviews and improve customer experience touchpoints.
• Support web design and website updates to keep our site current, polished, and conversion-friendly.
• Maintain and optimize key website pages related to services, projects, and calls-to-action.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to ensure campaigns are consistent across social and website channels.
• Track performance signals and help refine marketing activities based on what’s working.
• Assist with promotional planning for seasonal pushes, project highlights, and brand initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfort with online reputation management, including tracking reviews and responding professionally.
• Basic to intermediate web design ability (or a strong willingness to learn and improve).
