About The Role

As a Part-Time Cook / Kitchen Staff, you’ll help keep our kitchen running smoothly while supporting the experience our guests expect from Chick-fil-A. You’ll work alongside teammates to prepare food with care, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure orders are ready accurately and on time.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and likes being part of a team where friendliness matters.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards and recipes
• Support order accuracy by following procedures and verifying items before they’re sent out
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen by following sanitation and food safety guidelines
• Stock and organize stations so ingredients and supplies are ready when needed
• Work efficiently during rushes while staying focused and calm under pressure
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handoffs between stations and front-of-house
• Follow food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance every shift
• Keep equipment and work areas in good condition through regular cleaning routines
• Provide positive energy that matches our guest-first culture
