About The Role
You’ll prepare ingredients and support daily kitchen operations at Mike Duffy’s Pub & Grill in Kirkwood. This role is all about consistency, organization, and doing the prep work that makes service feel effortless.
What You’ll Do
- Complete morning prep for the day’s service, including portioning, chopping, and assembling ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized prep area to keep workflow smooth and safe
- Prep and restock stations so cooks can move quickly during peak times
- Support kitchen production by assisting with tasks that keep the line moving
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards throughout prep and storage
- Label and rotate items properly to ensure freshness and reduce waste
- Communicate with the team to confirm prep needs and adjust for daily priorities
- Help maintain kitchen readiness so service starts on time and stays on track
