What You’ll Do

You’ll support our marketing and social media efforts with hands-on assistance across content, scheduling, and campaign coordination.

• Assist with social media content by helping draft, format, and prepare posts for publication
• Support content scheduling to ensure posts go live consistently and on time
• Help maintain brand consistency by following tone, style, and messaging guidelines
• Support marketing activities such as preparing basic promotional materials and updating assets as needed
• Monitor post performance informally (e.g., engagement trends) and flag ideas for improvement
• Coordinate with the team to gather updates, approvals, and campaign details
• Keep content organized using shared folders, calendars, spreadsheets, or project tools
• Assist with basic research to find relevant topics, trends, and content ideas
• Maintain a clean workflow by tracking tasks from start to finish

• Strong English writing skills with good grammar and natural tone

• Reliable time management to meet deadlines and keep content moving
• Basic marketing awareness (understanding what makes content engaging)
• Ability to follow instructions and brand guidelines closely
• Comfort using online tools (scheduling tools, spreadsheets, shared docs)
• A collaborative mindset—you ask questions early and communicate progress
• Remote-friendly work style with consistent availability during agreed hours
