EOS
Taskforce Director of Marketing (EOS Hotels)
Turn marketing strategy into measurable growth. As our Taskforce Director of Marketing, you’ll lead the planning and day-to-day execution of initiatives that build brand awareness, strengthen guest engagement, and support hotel performance—working closely with the EOS Corporate Marketing team and each hotel General Manager.
This is a hands-on, leadership-forward role for a marketer who can balance big-picture thinking with practical execution—ensuring campaigns don’t just launch, they land.
About The Role
Reporting into the EOS Corporate Marketing function, you’ll serve as a taskforce leader across hotels, partnering with hotel leadership to align marketing plans with brand standards and business goals. You’ll own the overarching marketing approach and guide day-to-day implementation—supporting consistent messaging, effective channel strategy, and strong execution at the property level.
What You’ll Do
- Own the marketing strategy for designated hotels, translating corporate priorities into actionable plans.
- Drive day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring marketing initiatives are launched on time and delivered to standard.
- Partner with hotel General Managers to align marketing activity with property goals and operational realities.
- Support brand awareness growth through coordinated messaging and channel execution.
- Coordinate with the EOS Corporate Marketing team to ensure consistency across content, offers, and brand voice.
- Monitor performance and use insights to improve outcomes across campaigns and channels.
- Manage marketing initiatives end-to-end, from planning and scheduling to rollout and post-launch follow-up.
- Ensure property-level readiness by guiding teams on execution requirements and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for optimization (messaging, targeting, timing, channels) to increase impact.
- Represent marketing priorities in cross-functional discussions with hotel leadership and relevant stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven marketing leadership experience with responsibility for strategy and execution (not just planning).
- Strong collaboration skills—you can partner effectively with General Managers, corporate teams, and on-property stakeholders.
- Ability to translate strategy into action, with an organized approach to timelines, deliverables, and follow-through.
- Excellent communication with a clear, confident ability to align teams around shared goals.
- Strong understanding of brand awareness and how marketing activity supports guest acquisition and engagement.
- Data-informed mindset—comfortable reviewing results and adjusting tactics to improve performance.
- Experience in hospitality or multi-site environments is a plus (but strong transferable marketing leadership is welcome).
- High ownership and accountability—you take initiative and ensure work gets done to standard.
Why EOS
EOS is built for marketers who want to do more than “coordinate”—you’ll lead. You’ll work at the intersection of corporate strategy and on-the-ground execution, helping hotels deliver stronger brand presence and better guest experiences.
If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy partnering with leadership, and take pride in turning plans into results, you’ll fit right in.
Benefits
- Full-time role with meaningful responsibility and visible impact across hotels.
- Cross-functional collaboration with both corporate marketing and property leadership.
- Professional growth through hands-on leadership of marketing initiatives and performance optimization.
- Opportunity to shape marketing execution—from overarching strategy to daily implementation.
