About The Role

The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit committed to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. The Day-after Team plays a vital role in ensuring help doesn’t stop when the headline fades—your support helps communities stabilize, access resources, and take practical steps toward recovery.

What You’ll Do

As a Day-after Team volunteer, you’ll support activities that strengthen community resilience and help participants regain momentum. Your work may include:

• Assist with post-initiative follow-ups to ensure people and programs receive continued support.
• Support local coordination efforts by helping organize schedules, materials, and on-the-ground needs.
• Help facilitate community activities that encourage learning, well-being, and sustainable progress.
• Contribute to reporting and documentation so our teams can track outcomes and improve future efforts.
• Work alongside volunteers and program leaders to deliver tasks with empathy, professionalism, and consistency.
• Promote IHF’s values—ethical leadership, respect, and cross-cultural collaboration—in everything you do.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commitment to service and a genuine interest in helping disadvantaged children and communities.
• Good communication and comfort working with diverse people and teams.

• Flexibility to support different needs as programs evolve.
• Respect for cultural differences and a calm, considerate approach.
• Basic organizational skills (tracking tasks, helping with materials, staying on schedule).
• Willingness to learn and follow guidance from IHF coordinators.

Note: Experience in community programs is a plus, but attitude and reliability matter most.
